Annual RN/LVN Training

This annual training equips RNs and LVNs with essential skills and knowledge to provide safe, effective, and compliant care in the home health setting. The course includes hands-on practice and guidance in field-based clinical tasks such as blood glucose monitoring, prothrombin/INR (Coaguchek) testing, hand hygiene, and proper home health bag technique. Additionally, it covers key principles of safe medication management and pain management strategies to support optimal patient outcomes and symptom control in the home environment.
