Welcome to the Hospice Learning Track

The Hospice Clinician Learning Track provides essential training in eligibility criteria, assessment tools (PPS, ECOG, FAST, NYHA), ADL evaluation, care planning, and documentation. It covers major diagnoses including dementia, CKD, cardiac, pulmonary, and liver conditions. The course also reviews comfort medications, side effects, and the CAHPS Hospice Survey to support quality, compliance, and patient-centered care.
